The Railroad Room: $80 /night “plus 6% state taxes.”
The yellow and red accent room features memorbilia from years of RailRoad service, history books and hand-made toys. It has a custom queen bed that has electric head and feet elevators and massager. A conductors lantern and spittoon with numerous other accents remind one of early years on the railroad. It sits on the front of the house over looking the Iris and native plant garden with a bird bath to attract the numerous local and migrating birds. |

The Lilac Room: $80 /night “plus 6% state taxes.”
The green and lilac accent room allows one to experience the quiet romatic experience of a soft cuddly double bed with frills and comfort. The Lilac Room can sleep three or two in separate beds. It also looks out over the front Iris and native plant garden with a bird bath to attract the numerous local and migrating birds. |

| Both the yellow and green rooms will share a hallway bathroom that has a tub and shower accommodations and a large dressing area with mirror to allow families to share the two bedrooms and bath without any congestion. If two different residents are using the two bedrooms then privacy is accommodated by using your provided terry cloth robe and slippers. |

- $80 to $100 per night, plus 6% state hotel tax, single or double occupancy
- The large rooms and yard are available for rent at $100/hr for parties, etc.
- No minimum stay required.
- Reservations require a 50% deposit mailed and received within 10 working
days of request or use a credit card.
- Cancellations require 3 days notice or a $50 surcharge will be made unless unable to book room again.
- NO SMOKING in house or grounds.
- Sorry No Pets Allowed, boarding within 2 miles of house; referrals made.
- Children 12 and over accepted; adult behavior expected.
- At this time: Cash and Credit Cards accepted. No checks please.
- Check in time 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Check out time by Noon and Sunday may
stay until noon and leave luggage if necesary.
- Check in at the front door and park in the grassy area next to the street.

- Soak up the sun on the front pad sitting area. Enjoy a swing on the front porch or sit under the trees in back.
- Select a book to read and keep it.
- Choose your walking or bicycle trail via the computer sites.
- Walk around the yard to enjoy the flowers/butterflies and veggies.
- Use our TV to find your favorite show or game.
- Reserve afternoon tea and/or coffee with selections of cake and sweet breads. Time 3:00 pm to 4:30. $8.50 per person.
- Use our Wi-Fi connection to surf the web or access your e-mail.
- Relax in your room, in front of TV or outside with a cool/hot drink.
- Ready your clothes with our centrally located ironing board, set your alarm clock, nap, enjoy your CD or radio station.
- Bathroom toiletries, hairdryer and additional blankets available.
- Accommodations for W/C possible, handicap rails and bath chair.
